Over the course of two days, participants will learn about artificial intelligence and its various applications through a series of workshops and seminars featuring guest speakers. Participants can work by themselves or in groups of up to 4 members. Individuals or teams can choose to participate in one of our two divisions: Division Sigma and Division Delta

Division Sigma
Participants in this division will be given a specific problem at 12:00 EST August 22 that they must program a solution to. A base algorithm will be provided on the day of the event that participants will have to work off of. Individuals and teams competing in this division must submit a Github link to their projects. Solutions in this division will be judged on the accuracy, efficiency and commenting.
Division Delta
In this division, participants must create a project that falls under a theme that will be announced at 12:00 EST August 22. Participants will be provided with products from sponsor companies to help build and enhance their projects. Individuals and teams competing in this division must submit a video demo of their project as well as a Github link to their program. Projects will be judged based on the program algorithm, design and demo presentation.
Eligibility
- Any student currently attending middle school, high school and university OR is 20 years of age or younger
- Participants can choose to work by themselves or in groups of up to 4 members
Requirements
Submission in both the Sigma and Delta Division must be made prior to 11:59 pm EST August 23 2020 on Devpost.
Sigma Division
- All programs in this division must be built using Python 3
- Participants are expected to submit a Github link to their program
Delta Division
- Programs can be built in any language
- Participants must submit Github link to their final program
- Project submission must also include a 3 minute video demo of the project that includes an explanation of the project concept and design process
